Eleanor Justice, Founder, Chief Vision Officer
Pioneering and irreverent, Eleanor is the Executive Director of the York Time Bank. Her eclectic background spans from board rooms to blueberry fields and beyond.

When she’s not using design thinking to solve problems, she serves on the Board of Trustees for the Sonnewald Life Institute, and volunteers with a number of arts and agricultural organizations in her adopted hometown of York, PA.

Eleanor is passionate about amplifying impact, making regenerative concepts accessible to the mainstream, leveraging alternative currencies for the common good, and the blending the perfect cup of tea.

Kelly Lazier Purkey, R.N., BSN, Board Secretary
Innovative and vibrant, Kelly is a Registered Nurse and Assistant Director of Nursing in a facility north of Baltimore, MD.

A natural leader and history buff with a quick wit, a Jeep enthusiast and participant in charity events like Topless For Tatas, Kelly acts as a translator between conceptual and concrete reality.

Kelly is passionate about elder care advocacy, dementia and alzheimer’s awareness and education, cognitive diversity, holism, and geeking out with her artistic husband.

Chris Petherick, Board Treasurer
Chris Petherick is president of The Petherick Company, a publishing consulting firm and corporate owner of Brandywine House Books and Media, a print and digital publishing company.

For the past two decades, Chris has worked in various publishing, radio and political fields. He sits on the boards of multiple corporations and was chief of staff for the presidential campaign of former U.S. Sen. Mike Gravel (D-Alaska).

Chris is passionate about justice, sustainability and raising less corn and more hell.
